Story Notes: So today was... pretty rough for me, and I wrote this unbeta'd piece of nonsense to distract myself. It's a plot bunny that I've been holding on to for a couple months now, and I was inspired in part to create such a thing by the incredible kid!Buffy writings of HCB, talesofstories, and honeygirl51885.
 
I think there's a potential ookiness factor to this, because there's no WAY Spike isn't gonna fall in love with bitty Buffy when she gets older, but hey, if we trust him with teenager Dawn who has an alleged crush on him, then I think we can trust him with toddler Buffy. 
 
Title comes from apparantly both a movie and a TV show of the same name, neither of which I have ever seen nor have any knowledge of, other than this title which has appeared on my radar once or twice and which has always delighted me.
